Brick Street AI
Most businesses have AI tools. Few are getting real value from them. I build the operating system underneath: custom AI architecture that fits how your business actually runs, whether you're a sole operator or running a 200-person GTM org.
Who This Is For
The architecture is the same whether you're a SaaS company or a local business ready to stop doing things manually.
SaaS & Enterprise
You're a VP, operator, or executive at a SaaS or enterprise org of any size. You've run the pilots, bought the licenses, sat through the demos. Adoption has plateaued. The architecture underneath was never built. That's the gap I close.
Local & Regional SMBs
You're running a business. Could be solo, could be a hundred people. You don't have an AI roadmap yet and you don't want to guess. You need someone who can translate it into plain English, build something that actually runs, and hand you the keys.
The Problem
Businesses buy tools. Adoption plateaus at 20%. The technology works. The architecture around it usually doesn't. Skills without context produce generic output. Context without governance is a liability. The missing piece is the operating system that ties everything together.
What I Build
From custom AI skills to automated workflows, designed so every person on your team gets real value from it on day one, regardless of where they sit.
01
Custom AI skills built around how your team actually works, with your company context, tone, and process baked in. Specific to you.
02
Agents that run in the background, surface the right information at the right moment, and close the loop without anyone asking twice.
03
Live intelligence layers that connect your tools and data so your AI is working from your reality, not generic training data.
04
Role-based access, data boundaries, and audit trails, built into the architecture from the start. Governance is a design requirement, full stop.
The Proof
DefenseStorm. 100+ custom AI skills. Three teams in production in week one. 480 hours per week returned to the organization. From concept to v1 in 2.5 weeks, while running training and rollout at the same time.

Cybersecurity Professional & AI Systems Architect
I'm a cybersecurity professional with a background in GRC and third-party risk management. I built my technical foundation at UpGuard and DefenseStorm, deep in SIEM, SOC operations, and supply chain risk. Governance and risk are baked into everything I build.
I also spent 11+ years carrying a number. As an AE, Solutions Consultant, and CSM, I've lived inside GTM motions from both sides of the table — technical and commercial at the same time. I understand what revenue teams actually need because I was one.
In those roles I watched the same pattern repeat: teams buried in manual processes, information scattered across tools, workflows that consumed hours and produced inconsistent output. When AI became capable enough to actually solve those problems, I started building. The framework I developed at DefenseStorm became the proof that it works at scale.
I'm completing the AIGP certification through IAPP because responsible AI deployment needs more than good intentions. Governance is a design requirement, not an afterthought.
11+ years in quota-carrying roles. AE, Solutions Consultant, and CSM. I've carried a number, closed deals, and managed renewals. The business problems I solve are ones I lived from the other side.

Built in production at DefenseStorm. Every framework I bring to clients was proven there first, under real conditions, with a real team.
The Philosophy
The thinking behind the work. This is what separates architecture that sticks from AI initiatives that die in pilot.
The model is a commodity. What you feed it is not. Every engagement starts by mapping what your team knows that an AI doesn't, then closing that gap systematically.
Tools fail because they ask people to change behavior before they've seen the value. I build for ease of use first: smart defaults, clean outputs, zero friction. When the system is easy, adoption follows.
2.5 weeks to v1. Every week spent planning is a week your team isn't building trust with the system. Ship something real, then iterate on what you learn.
Every workflow closes the distance between a question and its answer. For everyone on the team. That's the mission. That's the bar.
